Update source/handbook/marketing/career-development/index.html.md

Hi @dplanella - In anticipation of my coming hire, I looked through the marketing career path page and saw that "developer evangelist" was listed as a lateral move in the dev rel section. I removed that because I assume it means technical evangelists that we would hire on my team. I also added a section of career paths for my team. Please take a look and merge if all looks ok!
