Updated Vacancy Creation Process for GH as SSOT
Updated the vacancy creation process, which eliminates Hiring Managers from being able to open their own vacancies. Instead, their respective Recruiting Managers will be responsible for creating- and opening those vacancies in Greenhouse. This process is designed to make Greenhouse our single source of truth for hiring metrics.
