Engineering KPI working group
This is a proposal. I'd welcome additions/changes/subtractions in subsequent MRs. Also let me know if you need to nominate someone in your place, or if there are other individuals or functions that need to be a part of this.
Note that while this is titled "Engineering KPIs" the top-level ones are mostly applicable to every function in the company.
