Improve formatting and fix typos in customer results section of values page

I noticed that the "Customer results" section of the Values page did not have consistent formatting (colon before an itemized list where each item did not continue the sentence). I also thought that some of the items in the list could be clearer so I changed those to better reflect the intent, as I read it.
