Adjust scaling factor
Adjust the scaling factor for prioritising internal customer requests over external customers from 10x to 2x.
Even though internal customer requests can have an outsized impact on the product, I feel that a 10x difference in priority is too much. If this was the case, it could result in a situation where internal feature requests take precedence in almost all instances, which I believe is not intended. This a minimal change that preserves the main message while bringing internal and external customers closer together.
