Rename non-shared 1password vault

Craig Furman requested to merge craigf/1password-private-vault-name into master

According to https://support.1password.com/1password-glossary/#private-vault, the non-shared vault is usually called "Private".

I created a Slack poll to try to ascertain how many people saw "Private" vs "Personal", but only a few people have participated at the time of writing.
