Remove private healthcare as it is inaccurate

@brittanyr I noticed a while back that we had private healtcare as a benefit under CXC Aus. After a few bak and forth emails, this is in fact not the case. For this reason I'm removing it, to ensure we reflect accurate benefits in Australia.
