Support: update diagnose errors workflow

Re: #1412.

This MR reworks the majority of this workflow and organizes the information for better readability.

• Added screenshot to show what a linked Sentry issue looks like
• Added information on assigning labels other than bug to created issues
• Added many new headers to expand the ToC for ease of browsing
• Replaced the Sentry URL search example with a user.id: one as the former is much less reliable
• Added screenshot showing how to select a specific Sentry issue through the events tab.
