Organize recorded AMAs to encourage more empathy

Some leaders are more approachable than others, and some have more experience with collaborating cross levels than others.

As leader, facilitate a more open discussion between your team and other leaders when a decision is negatively impacting your team by organizing an AMA session. By recording the AMA session, it is easier to share with the larger audience that might be interested in the topic and also encourage a healthy discussion.
