Adding references for heuristic usage

This merge request adds heuristics documentation to assist contributors and test automation engineers in designing effective tests. When utilized, they assist with:

• eliminating biases that may create blind spots in test coverage
• provide a framework for applying more intelligent and directed testing, especially when that testing is exploratory in nature
