Create cta-offers folder and start Just Commit CTAs

Shane Rice requested to merge create-cta-include-folder into master

@jareko working on CTAs for Just Commit. I moved the CTA from /blog/try to /cta-offers/more-than-ci and created a new CTA in /cta-offers/ask-com/.

  • Does this change make sense to you?
  • Should these live in a folder for Just Commit instead?
  • Can we turn off the floating free trial CTA at the bottom?

If we move forward with this setup I'll update all the /blog/try includes.
