Adding evaluation criteria for community events
Adding some criteria to the Evangelist Program Handbook page for how we assess community events.
@dplanella + @rpaik would love your thoughts on the wording and also scoring. Do the points and corresponding sponsorship levels seem like a good match? Should we be more specific about events scoring 9 or more?
