Remove "above and beyond" from discretionary bonus criteria language

I really liked the notion of making the discretionary bonus more frequent. When reviewing the criteria language we seem to be implying with "above and beyond" that the every-day things which further enforce our culture aren't worthy of recognition and we should be rewarding those who exemplify our values only through heroic acts. I don't think that was the intention.
