Sales Segmentation Hierarchy and Process for Updating
This is version 1 to share the Sales segment hierarchy and formal review process with the sales team. This MR is related to the following Issues:

- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/business-ops/Business-Operations/issues/17
There still needs to be some clean up done - such as the additional fields for manual submission of review but that should be completed by EOW
