Moves Support ops role to correct location

Hi @Vatalidis and @tcooney - I noticed that the current location of the support ops position was a bit odd. As published it was at: https://about.gitlab.com/job-families/engineering/source/job-families/engineering/support-operations-specialist/

.. so I moved it to appear at: https://about.gitlab.com/job-families/engineering/support-operations-specialist/

Not sure if that affects anything else.

I also noticed that this role doesn't appear in roles.yml with a base salary, so the salary calculator isn't appearing here. Happy to amend this MR (or create a new one) to get that working as expected if we have a base in mind.
