Point tech interview link to deep link instead of redirect
This merge request is aimed at reducing confusion when reading through the interviewing page.
The Typical Hiring Timeline section, point number 6 - Technical interview has a hyperlink which redirects you to an old / outdated technical interviews page.
Until the technical interviews page has been updated, I suggest avoiding hyperlinking to it and instead redirecting to the section on the interviewing page which speaks about technical interviews.
