Re-organize /handbook/hiring around target audiences & function
I'm working on re-organizing the Hiring section of the handbook based around a discussion that @chloe and I had some time back. The current iteration of this section is a bit mixed in terms of who it addresses, often switching between addressing applicants directly and instructing interviewers and recruiters.
I'm going to start by creating a page aimed explicitly at applicants, and go from there. I'd love to hear your input or feedback, too, @kpursel and team.
Note that I'm not ready to merge yet, but nothing should break if we do (hence why I haven't included WIP in the title). I'll be contributing to this MR as I work, and everyone else is welcome to do the same.
