Kamil's OKRs?

This is an idea, me working out on my PoC and making this part of GitLab. I generally want to help and bootstrap some of the major improvements for CI. I will definitely need help and back and forth discussion whether the direction does make sense.

Is this something that we should start? An important aspect, once started it will later need to be extended gradually to re-implement the whole CI Runners interface.
