Add Product Velocity blog post

We recently had a conversation during the Product meeting on the importance of velocity, and Job suggested that we should write it down. I took a stab at transcribing the part from the video, but this is raw and unfinished. I'm thinking there's something we can do with this to make an interesting blog post.
