Update option grant levels

At each financing we evaluate our option grant levels to reflect the most recent valuation of the company. We do this to keep our grants in alignment with market and ensure the option pool will last in accordance with investor expectations. Our pool should be sufficient to accommodate hires through December 31, 2019.
