Add product kickoff meeting info

Add some additional information regarding our Product kickoff meeting, for discussion.
I also added the improvement to use screen-sharing and show UI designs to be more visual.

Please note that our kickoff is also covered in the Engineering handbook, https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/workflow/#kickoff. Potential for duplicate information.
