Confirm MR inclusion in release

Sean Carroll requested to merge master-patch-6f73 into master

To suggest a change to the Product Handbook, please review the updating the Product Handbook section.

Please provide a brief explanation for this change:

Describe the Chatops command which can be used to verify inclusion of a MR into a release.

During a recent discussion around which MRs were to be included into the release, it was unclear if a merged MR would make the release.

The chatops command below provides a higher level of confidence.

  • /chatops run release check <MR URL> 15.10
