Fix GCP urls in Support's workflows test env docs

Why is this change being made?

While looking at the GCP GKE Kubernetes Cluster section of the Support's workflows test env docs, I noticed two links that didn't work since there was an "h" in the "http" missing. This change adds the missing "h" to fix the two urls.
