Channel Partner Marketing & Marketing Ops prioritisation process

Gillian Murphy requested to merge channel-partner-prioritisation-process into master

Why is this change being made?

We're introducing a new prioritisation process to work with the Channel Partner team, the aim of which is to provide more clarity to all teams about what is currently being worked on, in and out of scope issues. To move to this process, Salina will

  • Schedule/repurpose a biweekly meeting
  • Start with a backlog of issues and Salina to prioritize these and determine whether in or out of scope based on the information she currently has (Current OKR reflective of this?) or based on the tools MKTGOps own. (List available on Marketing Ops HB page)
  • If Gabby, Daria, Kelly, Lauren, Samara find their issue doesn’t have the right priority, they must provide context and evidence for why this should move higher.
  • Any existing issue that is out of scope under the new agreement, Salina will tag the appropriate team and provide context for them to pick up the work, CC Leslie on these
