Remove deprecated issue board

Following the deprecation of the linked issue board in chief-of-staff-cto#68 , I found a rather old reference to it on the Support Managers page.

Removing per Slack conversation:

lyle @Tom Cooney - this was back from when you were the sole Director and something Eric had going, right? I think we can just remove the section.
