Fixing Reliability Foundations squad examples list syntax and Stable Counterparts indentation

Alan Richards requested to merge alanrichards-master-patch-53280 into master

Why is this change being made?

The Reliability foundations squad example list had a syntax error that was preventing it rendering correctly have resolved this by fixing the syntax. This makes the page easier to consume.

Also fixed the Indentation of the heading for Stable counterparts because it's not a member of standing squads but another style of working with Reliability
