Fixing link appearance
Instead of a hyperlink, the link to data classification definitions is displayed as it's written in markdown. Updating the link to hopefully make it render as a hyperlink.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
