Why is this change being made?

Often, our support team needs additional customer details like architecture diagrams or similar. To make this connection easier, there is a linking automation in place between Zendesk and our collaboration projects. To make all TAMs aware of this functionality, this MR was created to document the process. Therefore, updated TAM Support handbook with information on how to automatically link collaboration project URLs in support tickets
