404 links on Support handbook page

The Support Team Handbook page (https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/support/) has two links that return 404:

• Debugging resources for GitLab Support Engineers: currently https://docs.gitlab.com/debug/
• GitLab Rails Console Cheat Sheet: currently https://docs.gitlab.com/debug/gitlab_rails_cheat_sheet.html

I think the second link should point to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/troubleshooting/gitlab_rails_cheat_sheet.html but I have no idea where the first link should point to.

@cynthia - I'm not sure how I should label this issue, thoughts?
