FY21-Q1 Security Team OKR: Implement new structure, introduce new director management layer => 100%

In order to ensure the success of the Security team and improving the security posture of the company, we need to scale the Security department and make the required adjustments to the org structure in accordance to the security vision and strategy. we will be implementing the new Security department structure as outlined in the handbook.

Key Results

• Implement the new Security department structure and reshuffle teams as required => => 100%, 3 pillar structure is in place
• Fill two of the new Director roles (either Product Security, Operational Security, or Customer Assurance => 100%, Julia L is here, and Jan is in the Operational role
