Retrospection
Good
- Partnerships with PeopleOps to move through the process for adjusting paths to promotions and interim positions.
- Partnership with Finance regarding adjusted staffing plan.
- Individual manager patience, collaboration and stepping up to the requirements to achieve.
Bad
- Probably too delayed in starting the process.
- Unexpected, but going through the entire hiring process only to be defeated by offer acceptances for Ops Specialist and Manager roles rescinded.
Try
- One option is to start from a top down hiring approach and let senior level managers hire their teams.
