Monitor Engineer shadows an On-Call Site Reliability Engineer

Proposal

The devopsmonitor stage had one engineer shadow a Site Reliability engineer for a week. Inspired by the CEO Shadow program, the purpose was to observe the target user group of the stage's features, with the aim of further understanding users needs, improving the product and aiding dogfooding.

This will be a blog post that describes the experience of that week and details key take away insights. Hopefully it educates developers and inspires others to try something similar.
