Roll up availability scores to top-level company metrics
@mmcb Highlighted that the high-level company metrics spreadsheet still appears to reference the old, simplistic Pingdom data, which does not accurately represent GitLab.com availability, or capture complexities like the CI cluster, or impact to top-revenue generating customers.
This issue is to track the effort to roll up the more sophisticated Appdex metrics the infra department has to this level.
We also need to update the PI YML after we get the data in periscope, because it currently references Pingdom.
[update April 6 - sloyd] Instead of immediately replacing the legacy pingdom reporting in the company metrics, we will add this metric and deal with when and where we want to swap the metrics as a separate issue

Open issue to detail data that needs to go from GitLab.com dashboard into sisense -
Manually calc recent perf and add to the metrics spreadsheet (until sisense work is done) -
Identify a monthly availability review process to make sure we're recording and communicating performance of this metric accurately and with the appropriate level of background for various stakeholders -
Make appropriate handbook updates
