Retropection
Good
- We made significant progress on 2 of the 3 MVC features
- The team is very new. Onboarding has been going well and we are getting to know each other / operate as a team.
- Great retrospective on the 12.6 and 12.7 releases so we can continue to improve
- We reduced scope on the MVC for standalone vulnerability objects so it could be delivered more iteratively
Bad
- MVC for container network policies almost made the cut for 12.7 but missed in the last couple hours. The reason was covered in the 12.7 retrospective.
Try
- While OKR's are intended to be aspirational, we need to make sure our goal next quarter isn't too aspirational.
- Better planning taking into account onboarding new engineers and resolving production issues, with new feature development
- There were no "planning priority" issues for the quarter. Confirm that PM for Defend is using them as appropriate.
