Remove employee speech limitations from all documentation

I vehemently object to the recent changes--especially workplace censorship--on First Amendment grounds. I'm not a GitLab employee so I don't fear any backlash for creating this issue but I feel I must in support of the GitLab staff. Don't let an employer or anyone else ever tell you what you can or cannot discuss.

I understand the motivations behind the policy change but they are misguided: GitLab, please show that the concerns of your community and staff are your first priority by reverting this change.
