Automatically determine what percentage of our support replies contain a link to our docs or a docs MR
Looking into this with @tatkins. He built this tool https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/support-ops/zendesk-ticket-analyser but thus far it’s a manual effort (and happens to be broken at the moment)
I’ll work with him next week on a potential approach to automate while he works on fixing the above and doing a manual run for the short term.
Make it a KPI?
