• Directors and Managers: Sign up as coordinator for the month, please assign this issue to yourself, and update the sign up sheet (link below) Coordinator column.

• Engineers: cross link escalated issues to this issue.
• Coordinator: close this issue when the month wraps up.

Action items and due dates:

• Coordinator nomination: due by 15th of previous month
• All slots are signed up: due by EOD Friday, 2019-08-09, local time

Access to systems and tools:

• Infrastructure team, BEs, Managers, Directors populate the System Access tab
• Engineers add their names to required systems and tools
• Group AR submitted by @cdu1 daily (for the week of 2019-08-05) to grant access timely
• Individual AR after the week of 2019-08-05 (individual Engineers are responsible to create these ARs)
