GOOD:
- We completed 15 of 17 total Experience Baselines.
- It's becoming clear that Experience Baselines can address a number of concerns about improving our usability.
- The team did and EXCELLENT job of creating these, even though it was their first time.
BAD:
- We didn't complete all 17 Experience Baselines.
- Many recommendations came late in the quarter, which makes it difficult to include them in Q3 planning.
- We need to communicate better with our PM team, involving them early and often. They should be key participants in:
- Helping to identify JTBD
- Understanding what they'll get from the effort
- Being aware of the progress throughout
- Expecting the recommendations emerging from this effort.
TRY:
- Earlier and more frequent communication
