Finalize compensation roadmap(s) for Quality department
Compensation was far and away the number one concern cited by GitLab Engineering in the last Culture Amp survey. To address this we now have a compensation roadmap framework to be more transparent and set people's expectations:
I stubbed out roadmaps for two roles in your department:
Please review them with @brittanyr (especially the "external comparables" with her) and submit an MR to finalize them:

Update recommendations -
Add a YML entry for any other role in your department you think is important -
Update the framework itself if you think it's flawed
