New card/icon for GitLab Contributing Organization program on the community page

Need to add a GitLab Contributing Organization program card to https://about.gitlab.com/community/ and may also need a new icon image for the card. I'm working on a landing page for the program that the new card can link to.

If you look at the preview page, @dplanella has already added an icon image. We can re-use the image, but please feel free to suggest a different one.
