DRY up position descriptions
Introduce support for position descriptions that can inherit from others in order to have a single source of truth for position information.
With this approach we could have, for example, a base yaml file that can contain company-wide requirements (like aligning with our values), a file for backend engineer that inherits from it and adds intermediate requirements, and a file for senior backend engineer that inherits from this last one and adds more requirements.
This would also be used to generate career progression matrix and experience factor worksheets among other things
