Blog issue/mr templates are confusing
Creating the blog post !17077 (merged) I found the issue and merge request templates quite confusing. I wasn't sure where to put my answers to questions and how to fill it out.

checkbox questions don't make sense as checkboxes but are really just instructions. Should these just be comment blocks? (e.g. Is the post time sensitive?) - it's confusing to fill information into a check list (e.g When is the desired publish date/milestone?) and I didn't know where I was meant to put this.
- it felt confusing to have instructions about what to include in the merge request description, when there is already a merge request description?
I wonder if framing some of the questions as statements where I can check off that I have done these things would feel more natural?
