Service Desk Feature page

Like we have for other EEP features, we should make a page that features Service Desk.

We got some great feedback from Bruce to not refer to it as a single feature, but rather a new module. I believe we'll be able to message this more clearly if we create special marketing page for it, where we outline the capabilities and what we want from it in the future.

The page should be marketed from the position of the manager, i.e. outline the benefit for them and not directly for the engineers that'll use this.
