Update Director of Product Responsibilities

Jackie Porter requested to merge jreporter-master-patch-54228 into master

Why is this change being made?

In my annual review, I was given feedback on what it means to be a Director of Product at GitLab. After observing other Directors of Product here and reflecting on the feedback for becoming a Director of Product here, I wanted to take an opportunity to re-frame the responsibilities. This is in the spirit of transparency and results-focus so other GPMs do not spend time on projects that reflect the current responsibilities but don't contribute to their career progression. For example, the CDF Framework Working Group is not a high business impact project even though it directly addresses the current responsibilities of Directors to "Contribute to the job family, CDF and hiring content for the Product function".

Additionally, I have not witnessed any Directors "Perform product walk-throughs regularly to highlight opportunities for improved workflows that span groups, stages, and section", so I have opted to remove this from responsibilities.
