Adding privacy info to GC agenda for pre video recordings

Why is this change being made?

Hosts are able to share a video prior to their Group Conversation in the agenda link. This MR is adding that the host should also specify whether the recording is public/private.

I have also included a step for the moderators to check for the same - we may need to clarify with the host prior to the time.

Once merged, I will announce in the #group-conversations Slack channel so that all hosts are aware of this update.
