Add women as qualifying for a referral bonus in the Product function
Why is this change being made?
As written GitLab does not consider women under-represented in Product Management for purposes of incentivizing referrals. In my time in the profession both at GitLab and other places I believe them to be. At GitLab - 12 of 49 current product function team members are female. That seems significantly under-represented.
Update - I've been informed that Product is considered part of Engineering - so this can actually be considered a clarification and not in need of new justification.
