Unify sizes of heroes photos, pass images to ImageOptim.
Why is this change being made?
Optimize photos of Gitlab Heroes. Unify all photos to one size: 240x240px.
For example Abubakar Sadiq Hassan photo on Heros page has size 2.8Mb and loaded very slowly.
