Make the 'check advice before travel' section more global

~55% of the company is based in the USA, and assuming that 'State Department' is meaningful (or even useful) for almost half the company feels a bit excluding

It still needs more links, but they may be best to come from people living in each country unless someone wants to spend the time researching them.
