Adds collaboration detail to the instructions for adding self to Heroes page

John Coghlan requested to merge add-collaboration-step into master

Adding detail to step 11 which will instruct people to tick the Collaboration box when submitting an MR to add themselves to the Heroes page. This will allow the Evangelist Program Manager to resolve conflicts, expediting the process of adding folks.
