Add Product Guiding Principles to Direction

Ryan Wedmore requested to merge master-patch-fe18 into master

Why is this change being made?

Updating Direction page based on SKO deck so that the Direction page is the SSOT for Product Strategy.

To make this easier to merge, reduced scope of this MR to just these changes:

  • Adding Guiding Principles based on SKO deck
  • Condense ML/AI at GitLab into GitLab for Data Science FY investment theme

Created these other MRs for other changes

  • Add detail and links to FY Investment Themes section based on SKO deck !121955 (merged)
  • Move DevSecOps Stages and Personas sections down + condense Contributions into sub-section of DevSecOps Stages !121958 (diffs)
  • Remove Mobile Strategy and SEG sections !121959 (merged)
